Four scandals, 4 commencement address, and 4 for golf round out Obama's week

This was a tough week for President Obama. During this time, 3 new scandals emerged and Benghazi fueled up again. But through it all, the President found the time to attend a DNC fundraiser in Atlanta, spend a day in Baltimore, and play a round of golf.

He did, however, receive 3 daily briefings, met with his senior advisers twice, and spent some time trying to advance undocumented immigrants.

In addition to his flying around, both his wife Michelle, and Jill Biden used our Air Force One planes to deliver commencement addresses in Tennessee and New Mexico.

Weekly Air Force One and Helicopter flying time:
  • President Obama: White House to Atlanta Georgia (round trip)  : 4 hours
  • President Obama: White House to Baltimore Maryland (round trip)  : 1 hours
  • Michelle Obama: White House to Nashville Tennessee (round trip)  : 4 hours
  • Michelle Obama: White House to Bowie Maryland (round trip)  : 1 hours
  • Jill Biden: Washington DC to Crownpoint New Mexico (round trip)  : 8 hours
