- VP Joe Biden attends an event for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in Alexandria, Virginia
- President Obama flew to New York City and delivered remarks at 3 campaign fundraiser events.
- Mr. Biden flew to Miami FL and gave a commencement address to the Cypress Bay High School
- Mr. Obama hosted a reception for the Ford's Theatre
- Mr. Obama left Chicago and went to Camp David
- President Obama flew to Minneapolis MN, where he toured Honeywell's Golden Valley facility, read his 'to do list' again, and attended 3 campaign events. Then, he boarded Air Force One again and flew to Chicago IL where he appeared at 3 more campaign events.
- President Obama and wife Michelle lunched with Former President George W. Bush & family, then officially welcomed them to the White House, and unveiled their official portraits. He also had a brief meeting with Geithner.
- Mr. Obama attended a hurricane preparedness briefing, signed re-authorization of the Export-Import Bank, and then hosted a reception for Jewish American Heritage Month.
