In the afternoon, Mr. Obama will deliver a statement about the Affordable Care Act (2:30 PM), participate in an ambassador credentialing ceremony (3:30 PM), and end the day after a 4:15 PM meeting with Secretary Hagel.
- VP Biden visited an internet company with Cathy Russell, then met with Crown Prince Naruhito, and later with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe.
